Spanning 120 hectares and yielding an impressive 6,000 tonnes annually across six distinct varieties, our orchards stand as a testament to the marriage of tradition and innovation..

  • Royal Gala: Tasmania’s number one selling apple. Crisp, juicy and refreshing.

  • Pink Lady: Crisp, sweet yet tart. Excellent in salads, sauces and pies.

  • Granny Smith: Firm apple with a crisp tart flavour perfect for baking, salads, sauces and pies.

  • Golden Delicious: An old Tasmanian favourite with a balanced sweet-tart aromatic flavour.
